Healthy Eating
As we are a healthy eating school, we aim to promote a balanced diet for all our children by reducing the amount of sugar, salt, and processed foods in their diet.
Please can you be reminded to provide healthy options at breaktime and in lunch boxes. Ideally snacks need to be fruit, vegetables, nuts or granola bars with no chocolate, marshmallows or icing for breaktime. Also, some fruit and/or vegetables in a packed lunch and a maximum of two processed items please. We also ask that children drink water instead of juice during the day. This also then enables them to refill it during the day once it gets warmer
